It started simply enough: a desire for a truly exceptional cup of morning coffee right here in Alberta. We found ourselves continually drawn to the complex, vibrant profiles of Ethiopian coffees—the birthplace of Arabica.
We source heirloom varieties known for their delicate jasmine aromas, bright citrus notes, and deep berry sweetness. These aren’t your typical dark, bitter beans. These are coffees that tell a story of their terroir, grown under the shade of ancient forests.
